Despite these facts there are many stories about problematic constructing in Hungary. Of course some people want to profit of the Hungarian construction boom of these days without the needed knowledge. But these enterprises are discovered quickly and have no long time chances at the market. Larger is the problem of following up the wishes of the homeowner. Therefore are mainly two reasons: the language and badly made construction plans. Here you can not easily solve the problems, the Hungarian language is not easy to learn and the making of solid construction plans is also a job you need to learn it fist.

When you need permission for your project - of course in case of a new house - we will paint the construction plans so far that permission can be applied for. As soon you accept the plans these will be translated into the Hungarian language and an architect has to present the plans to the regional responsible office for constructions. He will make the needed technical calculations and applies for the declaration of the public suppliers.
 
During the next step offers for the works will be asked for by suitable firms. Suitable are firms when they are specialised into this work or have a specialised department. The offers will be translated for you and you are free to decide weather you want to do all the works - or just a part of it. A part of the works is only an option as far as it is not forbidden by law or technically impossible.
 
During the works those will be controlled by us at the place of construction. When you do constructions at the place you live permanently you surely will be there for checking the quality and the advance of the works. Doing this at a house far away from your home is by the well-known reasons just impossible. In spite of this we offer to you e-mails with description and photos for the information about the works.
