General Specifications Redevelopement (Standard)

Inspection of the condition of the below named parts of the building, when constructive needed repair of the existing parts, or when technically impossible or economically not reasonable replacement of those parts. Thereabout parts are not replaced, because the techniques are from former times, but of course unsafe parts will be solved. The following description contains constructive solutions and colours, but naturally we respect the differing wishes of the customer. At the building absent parts can not be inspected or will not be added, if expressly described. Parts of a redevelopement are:

Inspection of the condition of the walls, stability and conditions of the finery inside and outside, white paint. External bases inspection of sealing and liquid penetration.
Inspection of the ceilings on stability of construction and condition of the finery, white paint or wooden ceiling nature glazed.
Inspection of windows, doors, shutters inside and outside, jalousies and wooden wainscoting of for example walls and roof, and also iron bars of rot wood, damages or rust, fixation, functionality, hanging-up and fittings. Glazing white and replacing of damaged panes.
Inspection of the technical installations for gas, water, waste water, electricity if existent, repair of loosen parts, blank electrical points and loose cables. If the electrical system contains a two-cable installation only this installation will only replaced on order of the customer only. Metal pipes that remain in sight will be glazed white. If not existent in the house the connection of electricity, water and wastewater will be installed in the house.
Inspection of the roof covering, wooden roof-construction and gutters on closeness, functionality and stability. While renewing of the roof covering the roof will be covered by traditional Hungarian roof-bricks. Inspection of the chimney, if not existent montage of a gutters.
Inspection of the floors, pure loam floors or loam floors with plastic cover only will be replaced by a concrete floor on a bed from crushed stones and as far as needed with fundamental points or stripes, crashed floors will be repaired and wooden floors will be inspected for rot wood, where necessary the wooden parts will be replaced. All covers on concrete floors will be placed on order of the customer, but are no part of this redevelopement.
